Terms of Service
Last Updated: October 2025
Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using the Property-marketing.uk website or engaging our property marketing services. By accessing our website or instructing us to provide services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use our website or services.
These Terms should be read alongside our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, which are incorporated into these Terms by reference.
1. About Us
Property-marketing.uk is a trading name of a company registered in England and Wales (Company Registration No. 4864440). Our registered office is at Link House, 140 The Broadway, Surbiton, Surrey, KT6 7HT. We provide specialist property marketing, digital marketing, public relations, and related services for the UK property industry.
2. Services Provided
Property-marketing.uk provides digital marketing, public relations, brand development, photography, video production, SEO, content marketing, and related services for the property industry. The specific scope, deliverables, timelines, and costs of services will be set out in individual proposals, service agreements, or statements of work agreed in writing by both parties. No services are provided on a speculative basis.
We reserve the right to decline any project or client engagement at our sole discretion and without being required to provide a reason.
3. Intellectual Property
The website and all its original content, features, and functionality — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, audio clips, and software — are and shall remain the exclusive property of Property-marketing.uk and its licensors. The website is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of the United Kingdom and other countries. You must not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any portion of our website content without our prior written consent.
Where we create deliverables for clients — including creative assets, copy, strategies, and campaigns — intellectual property ownership will be specified in the relevant service agreement. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, copyright in all deliverables remains with Property-marketing.uk until full payment has been received.
4. Client Responsibilities
Clients are expected to provide timely feedback, accurate and complete information, appropriate access to platforms and third-party services, and any materials or assets required for us to fulfil our service obligations. Delays or failures caused by the client — including failure to review and approve materials within agreed timescales — may result in adjusted delivery timelines, additional charges, or suspension of services. We accept no liability for delays or failures that are caused by the client's failure to meet their responsibilities.
5. Payment Terms
Unless otherwise specified in writing, invoices are payable within 30 days of the invoice date. Late payments may incur interest at the statutory rate under the Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998. We reserve the right to suspend services for any account that remains unpaid beyond 30 days. We also reserve the right to recover reasonable debt recovery costs incurred as a result of late payment.
6. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep confidential all information received from the other party that is designated as confidential or that reasonably should be understood to be confidential given the nature of the information and circumstances of disclosure. This obligation does not apply to information that is or becomes publicly available through no fault of the receiving party, or that is required to be disclosed by law or regulation.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Property-marketing.uk, its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including but not limited to loss of profits, data, goodwill, or business opportunities — arising from or related to your use of or inability to use our website or services. Our total aggregate liability to any client for any claims arising from or relating to a specific service engagement shall not exceed the total fees paid by that client in the 3 months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales, unless the parties agree in writing to resolve disputes through an alternative dispute resolution process.
9. Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time at our sole discretion. If a revision is material, we will endeavour to provide at least 30 days' notice before any new Terms take effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined by us at our sole discretion. By continuing to access or use our website or services after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised Terms.
